Sync Issues
Sync isn’t updating.
Go to the "Accounts" screen, tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top left, then Sign In. Under Account make sure you see your account name otherwise you'll need to sign back in using Sign In With Existing Account > Replace Data With Cloud Data (only if given the option).
If this doesn’t work, Go to the "Accounts" screen, tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top left, tap Get Help or Give Feedback to get support
